The app allows students to post their assignments to their homepage in order of due dates, as well as set reminders for extracurriculars, classes and set study guidelines. As part of the prompt, we made a style guide detailing color palette and layouts for a web designer to actually create the app and a case study to fully explain all aspects of the project. During research, a large issue discovered was that professors were not using the site due to the difficulty of posting assignments. We decided in order for the app to be used by students, it was essentials for professors to use it as well. Above is a the simplified desktop view for professors to post assignments, allowing for customization based on the type of assignment, length of submission or professor preference.
